The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Help set up and break down dining areas for service.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries.
• Support servers during busy periods by assisting with food service and guest requests.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety standards within the food industry.
