Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3–7 years of experience managing and fulfilling SEO campaigns, with a proven ability to increase organic traffic and lead generation within predefined budgets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-site, off-site, and technical SEO, with knowledge of current and historical trends as well as black hat tactics to avoid.
  • Proficient in conducting and applying insights from keyword research, technical site audits, content audits, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, basic HTML, and on-page SEO elements such as URLs, titles, meta descriptions, and headings.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Monday.com, Asana, or other project management software.
  • Skilled in using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, and similar platforms.
  • Strong organization, grammar, spelling, and overall communication flow.
  • Confidence in discussing SEO, Ads, social organic strategies, results, and changes with clients, including reporting on campaign performance and explaining technical concepts in layman's terms.
  • Experience with link acquisition strategies, including evaluating link quality and identifying harmful or ineffective backlink practices.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with internal teams (development, ads, content) and clients, maintaining campaign momentum and alignment.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently and research solutions.
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms including PPC (Google Ads), Local Services Ads (LSA), and Meta Ads, with the ability to collaborate on cross-channel strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to identify and recommend upsell opportunities that align with client goals and campaign performance.
  • Experience with Agency Analytics a plus but not required.

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:

  • Must enjoy quality time with a desk for most of the day—minus well-earned lunches, breaks, and the occasional victory lap around the office.
  • Occasionally, we may need you to put in some extra hours or a weekend shift if things get busy.
  • Should be comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds—whether it’s office supplies or the occasional morale-boosting snack haul.
  • Some management roles may require the occasional adventure (also known as travel) to keep things running smoothly.
