About the Role

The Project Coordinator (PC) will provide essential project management support for construction and real estate projects to support Fairfield's Construction Management team. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project documentation, bidding processes, contract management, and permit applications. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and other departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

This position will be fully remote, but candidate should reside within one of the following metro markets where we have established presence: San Diego, CA, Dallas / Fort Worth, TX, Washington D.C Metro, Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, Boston, MA, Nashville, TN, Los Angeles, CA, Denver, CO, Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Miami / Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Project Coordination

  • Support documentation, bidding, and contract tracking
  • Assist with permit applications and budget preparation

Administrative Support

  • Organize meetings and manage digital files
  • Help with payroll and accounting reports

Due Diligence & Reserves

  • Assist with due diligence and replacement reserves processes

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate logs and ensure documentation standards

What You'll Need

Education and Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • 2+ years of general office experience required
  • 2+ years of construction and/or real estate industry experience required
  • Experience with contractor insurance preferred
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • High-level proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Sharepoint
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and property operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work schedule to maximize efficient time management
  • Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and teamwork

Estimated Rate of Pay :

$26.84 - $31.46

This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
