Warehouse Manager
Location: North Little Rock, AR
Job Type: Full-time , Temp-to-perm , possible Direct Hire
Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory accuracy, equipment operations, and team leadership. This is a working manager role—you will not only lead a team but also actively participate in day-to-day warehouse functions.
The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates.
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, digital printers) and train staff on proper use.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards; maintain and update training logs.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 6 warehouse employees, fostering accountability and teamwork.
Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and set priorities to ensure shipments are processed and shipped same-day.
Utilize warehouse management systems and software tools to track workflows and productivity.
Promote a positive, “ can-do, will-do” team culture by leading from the front.
Bachelor’s degree in Management (required).
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience.
Forklift certification required; ability to train others on safe equipment use.
Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance.
Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and computer applications.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in a warehouse with variable temperatures.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Physical role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
The warehouse environment is subject to seasonal temperature changes.
Hands-on leadership—must be comfortable performing warehouse tasks alongside staff.
