Job Description

An opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to provide support within a K-12 educational setting in Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers, Florida. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year and offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students from kindergarten through grade 12.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student assessments, therapy goals, and progress notes.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and apply evidence-based interventions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with relevant state licensure.
• Experience working with diverse K-12 age groups in educational settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
