Responsibilities:

1. Lead client engagement teams and other stakeholders in complex engagements; monitor project progress, manage changes, track KPIs, and create reports for clients and stakeholders; develop and deliver Tax methodologies focused on program management and large transformational programs.
2. Support business development activities like proposal development and pursuit activities, collaborating with other KPMG resources.
3. Create and maintain project charters, execution plans, scope, schedule, budget, and communication plans; build trust-based relationships with senior executives.
4. Oversee delivery of services according to signed statements of work, managing engagement and financial policies.
5. Manage project change control processes; support program execution, resolve issues, and remove barriers.
6. Ensure adherence to project management standards and tools; manage risks and escalate issues as needed.
7. Uphold KPMG's standards of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.

Qualifications:

1. At least five years of recent experience in Program, Project, and Portfolio Management, especially in enterprise IT capabilities and large technology transformations.
2. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
3. Experience with SAP-enabled transformations or SAP technology projects across industries.
4. Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, EA, or other approved credentials; if not possessed at hire, must be obtained within one year.
5. Experience navigating multi-vendor landscapes and building collaborative relationships with senior IT, Tax, and Finance executives.

Salary ranges vary by location and are based on relevant factors. For specific salary ranges outside CA, visit this link. The California range is $98,600 - $186,600.
