Job Description Job Description We are seeking adetail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team in a full-time, fullyremote capacity based in Arizona. This role is responsible for ensuring theaccuracy of financial reporting and assisting in the maintenance of completeand compliant financial records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strongfoundation in accounting principles, technical proficiency, and the ability towork effectively in a remote environment. Experience within community health orhealthcare settings is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate, timelyfinancial reporting and maintain general ledger accounts. Support month-end andyear-end close, including reconciliations and report preparation. Assist with audits,regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements. Analyze financial data usingaccounting systems and reporting tools. Maintain organized financialdocumentation and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Ability to workindependently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Healthcare or communityhealth experience preferred; knowledge of Peachtree, NextGen, report writertools, programming concepts, and Adobe Standard a plus. Work Environment: This is a fully remoteposition based in Arizona. Candidates must have the ability to work effectivelyfrom a home office while maintaining productivity, confidentiality, andprofessional standards.
