Are you a strategic product thinker who thrives in complex enterprise environments? Do you love transforming legacy workflows into sleek, automated systems that deliver real business impact? If so, we’ve got a high-visibility opportunity that might be your next big move.

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead a major transformation initiative focused on optimizing enterprise customer order workflows—from initial contact through fulfillment and billing. This role sits at the intersection of business process automation, platform architecture, and stakeholder alignment, driving measurable ROI across operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll take ownership of a platform transformation initiative that ensures all signed enterprise orders are ingested into a centralized system for rigorous quality control. This is strategic product leadership role with executive visibility and real business impact.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Validating contract terms and required fields
  • Enhancing and expanding bot automation
  • Identifying automation opportunities for manual tasks
  • Reimagining task structures and recommending architectural improvements
  • Collaborating with SMEs, POs, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Own requirements documentation and long-term product strategy
  • Break down large features into deliverable chunks
  • Facilitate discovery meetings and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Build lean business cases to justify product investments
  • Identify edge cases and ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Conduct research to support product decisions
  • Push back when needed—this role demands critical thinking and conviction

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of strategic product management experience
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise environments
  • Strong product mindset: solve problems with process, product, or strategic restraint
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business units
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (i.e., the Sales lifecycle management in Salesforce or CRM cloud)
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, Visio
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
  • High ownership mentality and resilience in fast-paced settings

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Pega or similar workflow automation platforms
  • Background in telecom, cable, or enterprise service delivery

Why This Role Matters

This initiative is backed by senior leadership and is central to streamlining enterprise operations. You’ll be part of a team that’s driving real change—reducing manual effort, improving fulfillment accuracy, and delivering cost savings across the board.
