Right Price Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing roofing and remodeling company based in Katy, Texas. We’ve been serving the greater Houston area for 6 months with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We specialize in both residential and commercial roofing , as well as c ommercial & home remodel projects .

• Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Conduct property inspections and document damage or remodel needs
• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and remodel solutions
• Provide estimates and close contracts for roofing and remodel jobs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Attend weekly in-person meetings and ongoing training with the owner
  

• Previous sales experience required (any industry)
• Bonus: Experience with door-to-door sales or canvassing
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, persistent, and not afraid of rejection
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Must have a reliable vehicle and smartphone
• Willingness to walk neighborhoods and knock doors
• Ability to follow up with leads and close deals
• Hunger to make serious income and hustle for results

• Hands-on training and mentorship from the owner
• Uncapped commission structure
• Flexible hybrid schedule (office in Katy + fieldwork)
• Weekly sales meetings and support
• Access to tools, marketing material, and estimating software
