One of the *New York/New Jersey area’s top healthcare systems* is hiring an experienced *Medical Receptionist* for their *outpatient clinic in Atlantic City, NJ*. This is a *contract position* with the potential to be extended or converted to a permanent role.

* *Schedule:* Mon-Thu (8:30a-5:00p)

*Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:*

* Greet and check in patients in a courteous, professional manner
* Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient intake
* Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations
* Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
* Provide Spanish-English translation support for patients and providers
* Assist medical staff with administrative duties as needed

*Medical Receptionist Requirements:*

* Minimum *2 years of experience* in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting
* *Bilingual in Spanish and English* (required)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
* Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
