Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Execute our comprehensive content marketing strategy. Update and revise to ensure actions remain aligned with business goals. Leverage AI tools to generate high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, video scripts). Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels. Update campaign content based on campaign results, competitive messaging, external events, and customer feedback to ensure content strategy is relevant and effective Campaign Management Collaborate with leadership, sales, and design teams to create compelling campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation. Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content assets. AI Integration & Innovation Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends in marketing automation and content generation. Evaluate and implement AI-driven platforms to enhance content ideation, personalization, and performance tracking. Performance Analytics Monitor and report on content performance using best-in-breed analytics tools Optimize content based on data insights to improve engagement and conversion rates. Thought Leadership Support executive communications and thought leadership initiatives, including ghostwriting articles and preparing presentations. Qualifications College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Highly motivated, creative, and intellectually curious 1-5+ years of experience in digital marketing communications. Proven experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing automation. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing metrics, CRM platforms, and analytics platforms (e.g., Active Campaign, Air Table, Mix Panel, Clarity, Google SEO). Why Join deFacto Global?
