Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department, supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a solid work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Alexandria, MN

Shift: 1st: Monday - Friday: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
2nd: Monday - Friday: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
3rd: Sunday - Thursday: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Pay Range: $17-$19/hour

What's the Job?

• Operate metal stamping machinery.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Document production data accurately and timely.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; our client welcomes those early in their manufacturing career.
• Above average computer skills to operate machinery and input data.
• Some mechanical ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
