What You'll Do:

• Lead with Excellence: Guide and mentor a team of skilled waterproofing technicians, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
• Organize & Execute: Plan, schedule, and manage daily tasks, keeping projects on track and on time.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly: Conduct on-site inspections, assess needs, and develop innovative solutions to any challenges.
• Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with project managers to review plans and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Champion Safety: Enforce safety regulations and company policies, creating a secure work environment for everyone.
• Master the Craft: Oversee the installation of waterproofing systems, from membranes to sealants, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Document Progress: Keep accurate records of project milestones, material usage, and team hours.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Waterproofing Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
• Deep expertise in waterproofing techniques, materials, and systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring others.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
• Keen problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both with your team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfort with powered hand tools and working at heights.
