Top Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
1) Research and identify qualified leads based on client criteria using social media platforms like Instagram.
2) Perform data entry and update CRM systems.
3) Apply the provided lead qualification process to filter and rank potential leads.
4) Identify qualified leads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) to reach out with a preset message—no calls.
5) Organize existing candidates in Google Sheets and update on the status of recruits, purely data entry—no calls.
6) PM/Message UGC creators to coordinate their posts using a template—no calls.

Schedule: 9am-6pm CST (Full time remote)
Qualifications:
• At least 1-year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
• Must have experience in cold outreach using various Social Media platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Impeccable interpersonal skills
• Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
• Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive attitude
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
