Location:th Ave, Sweet Home, OR Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional Overtime & Saturdays Why Join Us? Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks and equipment (electrical, brake, hydraulic, and air systems)
Handle scheduled maintenance and safety inspections
Use onboard computer systems to diagnose issues and log repairs
Respond to emergency breakdowns and road calls
Work closely with drivers to identify vehicle issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

What You’ll Need:

Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Class B CDL with air brake endorsement preferred (or willing to earn)
2+ years of diesel repair experience (fleet, trucking, heavy equipment, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret service manuals in English
Must bring your own tools
Welding or fabrication experience is a big plus!

Work Environment:

Shop-based with occasional field repairs (indoor/outdoor work)
Requires heavy lifting (50+ lbs), physical labor, and safe tool handling
Must follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
