We believe the future of growth marketing is one where companies pay for outcomes, rather than tools. Today, we leverage a combination of AI-enabled services + software to execute SEO growth playbooks for companies like Clay, Descript, and Beacons and dozens of others. In the future, we'll expand our capabilities across the entire growth marketing stack, encompassing all essential customer acquisition channels.
We've raised $6.2M from leading investors like First Round Capital, Basis Set Ventures, WndrCo, SOMA Capital and current and former Heads of Growth at companies like Notion, Airtable, Webflow and Dropbox as well as notable angels like Lenny Rachitsky and Eli Schwartz, Author of Product-Led SEO.
Every company needs to do two things:
Build a product.
Acquire customers.
There are three ways to acquire customers sales, product-led growth, and growth marketing. Of these three, growth marketing is particularly hard to staff for because great internal talent is find (ex. in SEO, there are probably < 20 people who we would consider world-class), and time-consuming to ramp.
Then theres the agencies, but agencies are often slow, lack strong technical talent, and in general are associated with poor quality of outcomes.

Together, were building a high-leverage, AI-powered growth engineand youll play a key role in scaling it.
As our Head of Marketing , youll be responsible for owning the full inbound engine at daydreamfrom content to community to thought leadership. This is a critical role: all of our revenue to date has come from inbound leads, and we want to double down on that motion.
Youll:
Own content marketing end to endincluding written content, SEO education, and long-form thought leadership.
Create high-quality courses that help teach the fundamentals of modern SEO, GEO, and AI-enabled growth.
Build and nurture a community of modern growth marketersespecially those operating at the frontier of AI, content, and SEO.
Collaborate closely with our data science and product teams to translate internal research into public-facing content, case studies, and original insights.
Define and evolve the narrative around daydreamcementing our position as the go-to brand for generative engine optimization.
Act as the voice of the brand , working with the CEO and Head of Growth to define our public presence and shape the industry conversation around GEO
Have 7-10+ years of experience in content, brand, or growth marketing
Have built content that drove measurable pipelinenot just traffic
Are an excellent writer and editor with a strong product + audience POV
Are excited about the intersection of AI, search, and growth
Are eager to build from 0 1laying down the systems and strategy from scratch
Are as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to write a long-form post as you are crafting the overall content roadmap
Prefer following marketing playbooks over creating them from scratch
Get overwhelmed by ambiguity, speed, or a blank Google Doc
Want to market a product, not define a category
Think thought leadership means reposting trending LinkedIn takes
Experience leading content or brand marketing in a high-growth B2B startup
A portfolio of writing or campaigns that drove measurable impact
Strong familiarity with modern SEO and/or AI trends
Bonus: experience building courses or educational content
Total compensation - Base salary $180K$200K/year
On-target earnings (OTE): $230K$250K/year plus generous equity in daydream.
