Decision Technologies seeks a qualified Financial Analyst to join our Decision Technologies, Inc. team.

Position Description: Provide financial analysis and reporting in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) programs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and Navy financial policies. Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and prepare cost estimates to support program execution and contract management. Collaborate with program managers, contracting officers, and technical teams to deliver accurate financial forecasts and recommendations. Utilize financial systems and tools to generate reports, identify variances, and support audits and data calls for DoD programs.

MUST HAVE Secret clearance.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Review and approve monthly subcontractor invoices
• Track subcontractor funding and coordinate with Contracts personnel for the issuance of new and modified purchase orders
• Enter new funding documents and invoices into tracking spreadsheets
• Assist with maintaining various financial and tracking reports
• Analyze data from available reports to determine if certain programs are over/under executing their budgets and forecast funding runout dates
• Assist with development of annual budgets for upcoming fiscal year execution
• Develop cost estimates and status reports
• Provide timely response for CLIN/SLIN de-obligation data
• Assist with the development of new installation activity reports which will track planned vs actual activities and costs, change orders, delays, etc.
• Document processes, generate presentations and spreadsheets as required, and prepare for financial review meetings with customers

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Practical experience providing analytical support in a team environment
• Experience generating and analyzing financial or data reports
• Experience, reporting on financial or operational status, and projecting resource requirements
• Interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
• Demonstratable advanced skills with MS Excel.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with DoD contracting/financial analysis
• Experience working with Deltek/Costpoint
• Competent with all MS Office applications
