Diesel Technician to join their growing team. The Diesel Technician will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a diverse fleet to ensure it meets DOT and company safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, work well independently, and thrive in a collaborative, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and related equipment (engine, chassis, hydraulics, electrical, etc.)
- Use onboard systems and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) in line with DOT standards
- Work with drivers to identify issues and complete accurate, timely repairs
- Estimate labor and parts costs; requisition and install replacement parts
- Respond to service calls and complete on-site repairs as needed
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Interpret technical documents and service manuals
- Support company goals for quality, safety, and customer service
Qualifications: - 3+ years of diesel truck repair experience
- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic systems
- Welding experience is a plus, not required
- Must have own tools and valid driver’s license
- Highly organized, self-driven, and safety-focused
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Schedule & Work Conditions: - Full-time, benefit-eligible position
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm; occasional Saturdays
- Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay)
- Physically demanding role; exposure to noise, fluids, and all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and operate tools/equipment safely
