The DAILP team at Northeastern University has received grants from the National Archives, National Endowment for the Humanities, the Luce Foundation and the Mellon Foundation and seeks an Assistant Project Coordinator to help in the day-to-day management of grants and our external facing website. The DAILP Project Coordinator will maintain and regularly assess the overall project timeline, grant project plan, deliverable checklist, and other essential aspects of fulfilling the Mellon grant. The Project Coordinator will coordinate with students and staff to track project schedules and milestones. The Project Coordinator will help maintain public facing material on a regular schedule, social media posts, website updates, as well as maintain open and frequent lines of communication among Northeastern-based teams with regular update meetings. The Project Coordinator will track the budget and process reimbursements, invoices, and honoraria payments to partners.
The College of Social Sciences and Humanities (CSSH) combines Northeastern University’s signature approach to experiential learning with liberal arts education, interdisciplinary research, and community engagement, both locally and globally.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Experience in grant management, team management, and tribal community interfacing highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of effective grant report writing techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, and WordPress.
Extremely organized and meticulous with details.
Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to interpret financial data and prepare budgets and financial grant reports.
Ability to be discreet with personal information that may be needed for some grants.

Expected Hiring Range
$52,820.00 - $74,607.50
With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
