Job Description
Location: Onsite – Miramar, FL
Pay: $17 per hour or $18 per hour if fluent in Spanish and English
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Hours of Operation: Open Monday–Sunday, with shifts starting at either 10:00 AM or 11:30 AM
Title: Customer Service Representative
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first setting and is ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Taking inbound-only calls with professionalism and empathy
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with ownership and follow-through
Educate callers on the status of submitted documents and service requests
Maintain high standards in call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of continuous customer service experience
Prior call center experience is a strong plus
Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others in a healthcare-related environment
