Overview CEO Global Presidential Program - Rotational LDP, Online (MBA, over 5 years exp). The PMA Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of MBA programs with over five years of work experience. Online Track The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online PMA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and Tik Tok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business. Sample Rotations Bobbi Brown, North America E-commerce Performance Marketing, Media Platforms North America Online, Amazon How the PMA Program Helps Participants Succeed Support From Leaders Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship Immediate exposure to senior leadership Informal and formal feedback Developmental Programs Intensive three-week onboarding program Regularly scheduled capability building programs Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion of the program, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PMA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience. Qualifications Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026 with over five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies Relevant prior work experience Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills Global exposure/study abroad is a plus Ability to relocate to New York City Work Authorization Please note the CEO Global Presidential Program does not offer sponsorship We require permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, for all PMA candidates.
