Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
Location: Lawrence, KS
Schedule: Full-Time, 2025–2026 School Year
We’re seeking a school-based BCBA to join a supportive, collaborative district team in Kansas. This full-time position involves district-wide behavioral support across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Oversee and supervise RBTs
Collaborate with IEP teams and school personnel
Provide coaching and professional development on behavioral strategies
Monitor and analyze student data to guide interventions
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Eligible for licensure in Kansas
Experience in educational settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
