If you have proven success managing internet sales operations , working with numbers to drive performance, and leading a team to achieve results, we want to talk to you! In this role, you’ll oversee the Internet Sales Department, including the Business Development Center (BDC) and sales staff , managing 700–800 monthly leads while ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from first contact to final sale.

• Lead and manage the Internet Sales Department, including BDC representatives and salespeople , to achieve monthly lead conversion and sales goals
• Oversee and track 700 – 800 monthly internet leads , ensuring timely follow-up and consistent customer engagement
• Use CRM tools to monitor performance, track communications, and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement phone, email, and text processes to maximize appointment setting and sales opportunities
• Train and coach team members to improve performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Analyze reports and sales metrics to work effectively with numbers and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other sales managers and departments to ensure smooth customer transitions

• Previous internet sales management experience required
• Strong ability to analyze data, work with numbers, and translate metrics into actionable strategies
• Experience managing a BDC and sales staff in a high-volume automotive environment preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Tech-savvy with CRM and lead management systems
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
