Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

*Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; $20 Per Hour*

*2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; $21 Per Hour*

Job Description

Join our team as a Heavy Industrial Assembler in Tooele, Utah. This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals, ready to contribute to high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize skills across all departments to support battery enclosures.
• Assist in assembling large electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Operate forklifts (stand-up preferred) to move heavy materials and battery modules.
• Push and maneuver carts loaded with up to 750 lbs of equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Collaborate with team members and material handlers to maintain production flow.
• Frequently lift 50 lbs and engage in walking, bending, and pushing heavy battery modules on carts.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic mechanical skills with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP systems for inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools.

Work Environment

The Tooele site offers a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Employees will receive OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. Work is fully on-site with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols, and composite-toed shoes are required to start work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grantsville, Utah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
