Kelly Services is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Apria Healthcare’s Kingston, NY branch. This position works onsite (not remote) and helps both the Branch Manager and Sales team with office and patient support tasks.
\n\n \n What You’ll Do \n\nGreet visitors and answer phones.
\n\t\n\tAssist with patient paperwork and scheduling.
\n\t\n\tEnter and review data in branch systems.
\n\t\n\tConfirm deliveries and complete follow-up tasks.
\n\t\n\tHandle office tasks: filing, scanning, faxing, ordering supplies.
\n\t\n\tHelp prepare patient equipment and support customer satisfaction calls.
\n\t\n\tCollect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
\n\t\n\tPerform other office duties as needed.
\n\t\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.
\n\t\n\t2+ years of office or customer service experience.
\n\t\n\tGood communication, organization, and computer skills.
\n\t\n\tAbility to work well with patients, staff, and vendors.
\n\t\nWeekly pay.
