What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Leverage knowledge and experience to drive sales of litigation support services, including eDiscovery and document hosting
Identify new upselling opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor for clients
Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for potential clients
Manage existing client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
Ability to showcase a sales brag book demonstrating achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
Strong influence and connections within the eDiscovery industry
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details clearly
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on account management and sales growth
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support
